The problem

Dashboards pretend. They show green while a backup is days stale. I wanted a picture of the fleet that can’t show anything the machines didn’t actually report.

What I built

Each machine is an organ. Breathing follows real load, particles follow real network traffic, and a 24-hour dial records what happened. Nothing moves unless something real moved.

When the app fails, it groups the failure, drafts a patch, type-checks it on a scratch copy and waits for my approval. The original is kept for an exact rollback.

Built with

TypeScript, Fastify, React, Vite, Claude Agent SDK, Ollama.

Bring me something hard.

I take on little outside work, and only when the problem is worth it. Tell me what you’re building and why.
