The problem
Swiping rewards the best photo. What decides whether two people last, like how they spend a Sunday or handle a fight, never shows up on a profile.
What I built
The Gauntlet: eighteen questions that place you on six axes and name your dating type. Matches arrive as a small weekly slate, not an endless feed.
Photos are revealed in stages, after both people say yes. Every score is computed on the server, never on the phone.
Where it goes
The quiz is live. Applications, weekly slates, chat and planned dates are built and roll out next.
